i harvested 4 mature leaves from my basil plant the other day. since it is not enough to make pesto sauce, i mixed it with kamatis and patis for my galunggong’s sawsawan. super yummy. i call it “sawsawan with a twist”. you should try it!

now i’m waiting for my basil to flower, coz i’ll be needing the seeds. i want more basil. really excited with my pesto sauce.
